This policy explains your rights and how to request a return, cancellation, replacement or refund.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Returns<\/h2>\n<p>You may request a return within <strong>14 days of receiving your order<\/strong>. After notifying us, you must return the product within a further 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>To qualify for a return, the product must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Unused, unassembled and in resalable condition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Returned with all parts, instructions and original packaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To start a return, email <a href=\"mailto:support@goldsheds.com\">support@goldsheds.com<\/a> before sending the product.<\/p>\n<h2>2. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Return Costs<\/h2>\n<p>If you are returning an unwanted product, you are responsible for the direct return delivery costs. Large sheds and bulky products may require a specialist collection service.<\/p>\n<p>Gold Sheds will cover reasonable return or collection costs if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n<p>Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Your order number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A description of the problem<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do not assemble or modify a product that appears damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, collection or refund.<\/p>\n<p>Your statutory rights under the <strong>Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/strong> are not affected.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.<\/p>\n<p>Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within <strong>14 days<\/strong>. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund.<\/p>\n<p>For eligible cancellations, we will also refund the standard delivery charge originally paid. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.<\/p>\n<p>We may make a reasonable deduction if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it or if it is returned used, assembled, damaged or incomplete.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Non-Returnable Products<\/h2>\n<p>Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Products altered or assembled after delivery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Products damaged through misuse, improper assembly or neglect<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Products missing essential parts or components<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Products returned after the applicable return period<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This does not limit your legal rights where a product is faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.<\/p>\n<p>If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive it and follow the returns procedure. Return or collection costs may apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Failed or Refused Deliveries<\/h2>\n<p>If delivery fails because an incorrect address was provided, access was unavailable or delivery was refused without a valid reason, any reasonable redelivery or return costs may be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n<h2>9.
