It should be read together with our Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy.<\/p><h2>1. Cancelling Before Dispatch<\/h2><p>If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at <a href=\"mailto:support@goldsheds.com\">support@goldsheds.com<\/a>.<\/p><p>Please provide:<\/p><ul><li><p>Your full name<\/p><\/li><li><p>Order number<\/p><\/li><li><p>Email address used to place the order<\/p><\/li><li><p>Product you wish to cancel<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>If your order has not entered dispatch, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.<\/p><p>We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed once processing or delivery arrangements have begun.<\/p><h2>2. Cancelling After Dispatch<\/h2><p>If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the delivery. You may need to receive the product and return it in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.<\/p><p>Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first. An unauthorised refusal may result in additional courier, return or redelivery charges.<\/p><p>For sheds and other bulky products, a specialist collection service may be required.<\/p><h2>3. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right<\/h2><p>For most eligible products purchased online, you may cancel your order within <strong>14 days of receiving it<\/strong>, without providing a reason.<\/p><p>To exercise this right, you must send us a clear cancellation request before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you must return the product within a further <strong>14 days<\/strong>.<\/p><p>If an order is delivered in separate shipments, the cancellation period begins on the day after the final item is delivered.<\/p><h2>4. Original packaging should be used where reasonably possible.<\/p><p>We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you remain responsible for the product until it is received by us.<\/p><p>For change-of-mind cancellations, customers are responsible for the direct return or collection costs. Gold Sheds will cover reasonable return costs where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.<\/p><h2>5. Product Condition<\/h2><p>You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a physical shop. However, you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by unnecessary or excessive handling.<\/p><p>A deduction may apply if the product has been:<\/p><ul><li><p>Fully or partly assembled<\/p><\/li><li><p>Installed or attached to a base<\/p><\/li><li><p>Used outdoors<\/p><\/li><li><p>Painted, modified or altered<\/p><\/li><li><p>Damaged after delivery<\/p><\/li><li><p>Returned with missing parts<\/p><\/li><li><p>Handled beyond what is necessary for inspection<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>We recommend that you do not assemble or install a product if you are considering cancellation.<\/p><h2>6. Products Excluded From Cancellation<\/h2><p>The standard change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Bespoke products<\/p><\/li><li><p>Personalised products<\/p><\/li><li><p>Products made to your measurements or specifications<\/p><\/li><li><p>Products altered at your request<\/p><\/li><li><p>Other products legally exempt from cancellation rights<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.<\/p><h2>7. Refunds<\/h2><p>For orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.<\/p><p>For returned orders, refunds will be processed within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of:<\/p><ul><li><p>Receiving the returned product; or<\/p><\/li><li><p>Receiving satisfactory evidence that the product has been returned<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Eligible cancellation refunds include the original standard delivery charge. If you selected express or upgraded delivery, we will refund only the equivalent cost of standard delivery.<\/p><p>We may withhold the refund until the product or valid evidence of return is received. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.<\/p><h2>8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products<\/h2><p>If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with:<\/p><ul><li><p>Your order number<\/p><\/li><li><p>A description of the issue<\/p><\/li><li><p>Clear photographs of the product and packaging<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, exchange, collection or refund.<\/p><p>Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this Cancellation Policy.<\/p><h2>9. Cancellation by Gold Sheds<\/h2><p>We may cancel an order before delivery if:<\/p><ul><li><p>The product becomes unavailable<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment cannot be authorised<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fraudulent activity is suspected<\/p><\/li><li><p>The delivery address is invalid or inaccessible<\/p><\/li><li><p>An obvious pricing or product-information error occurred<\/p><\/li><li><p>We cannot deliver the product within a reasonable period<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>If Gold Sheds cancels an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.<\/p><h2>10.
